Possum fur does not have scales, and is a short fibre, therefore up until now it has been blended with wool and other fibres to hold it together for manufacture into yarn. Being hollow, like polar bear fur, possum fur is unique. I have been studying the subject of nonwovens. I really would be grateful if you could advise me on the possibility of a nonwoven system.

Are there synthetics that will will do this. Microfiber was described as not being able to hold
onto the water it has wicked.

For the manufacture of baby diapers and women’s towels, what is the best hydrophilic breathable film to choose for the inside face (in contact with the skin):
– a blown film
– or a melted film?
and which of the 02 processes is more popular in the field of manufacturing hygiene products?
which of the 02 product (blown film, or melted film) costs less?
Thanks for your advices.
