Sorry – but I can’t get to it, all I seem to get is what looks like a booklet that shows me shell stitch.
I want to hand sew a picot edge – having been trying for 2 days to find a step-by-step – I’m getting increasingly frustrated. Thank you. Linda.

Thank you for your tutoring.
Please I really need a strong sewing machine. I’m into craft making business.(start-up business) I was initially using the plastic mini sewing machine but it isn’t functioning again.
So I want to resort to hand sewing before I’m able to buy a good sewing machine. I don’t know when that will be because of the financial implication.

Thank you SO much for this tutorial, all these stitches are made so easy here.

I’ve seen a few tutorials on making kaftan tops/dresses using readymade soft sheer scarves, and I really want to give it a try to finally use the dozens of scarves I have that are sitting at the back of my cupboard unused for years. I don’t have a sewing machine, will using the strong backstitch by hand be okay for a project like this? Or will another of your stitches be better for it?
