For this you have to adjust the pattern = Add about 4–6 inches (10–15 cm) extra ease at the hip for a loose, flowy fit .From the hipline, draw a straight or slightly outward-flaring line down to the hem. Add width to both the side seam and inseam to keep leg fullness even and avoid twisting.
The hem width per leg can be up to 12–15 inches (30–38 cm) or more for wide flair.
